Director of Coaching and Player Development

Alex Andrews is SASA’s full time Director of Coaching and Player Development. Alex joined SASA from Cardiff City Football Club (UK) as a coach in their Academy. Alex holds a UEFA “B” License in coaching and has played professional soccer in England and Wales. As a player Alex was part of the Football Association of Wales Centre of Excellence and played for Plymouth Argyle and Newport County.

Alex is part of the Michigan Youth Soccer Coach Education and Olympic Development Program staff.
