• Represent themselves and the club in a professional manner

• Use appropriate language and behavior on and off the field

• Respect teammates, coaches, opponents, and officials

• Listen to and follow coaching instruction

• Support teammates and contribute positively to team culture

PARENT COMMITMENTS

Parents are expected to:

• Support the club’s long-term development philosophy

• Understand team schedule and obligations-Update availability on TeamSnap

• Promote sportsmanship, effort, and teamwork

• Communicate respectfully with coaches and staff

• Discuss only their child with coaches at appropriate times (not during or immediately around games)

• Follow all club policies and procedures

• Avoid negative comments about players, coaches, or officials/calls

• Refrain from coaching from the sidelines

• Never approach or engage with game officials

• Always represent the club in a positive manner

• Provide volunteer support for team and club activities
