We’re excited to announce that Picture Day is coming up this Saturday, September 20th!

 

This season, we’re partnering with a local photography company, BAK Big Time Sports Photography, to capture great memories. Photos will be taken indoors at Harvest Elementary, and no paper forms are needed!

 

Here’s What You Need to Know:

 

 

• Review Picture Day Schedule & map below

• Please use crosswalks and use caution when crossing the street. Please stay with your players.

• Arrival Time: Please have your player arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled photo time.

• Check-In: Upon arrival, players (or a parent/guardian) will check in and receive a unique QR code assigned to that player.

• Individual Photos: Players will be directed to a booth for their individual photo.

• Team Photos: Team photos will be digitally composed, so there’s no need for teams to pose together.

• Photo Delivery: You’ll receive an email notification when your child’s photos are ready to view and purchase online. Photos will be delivered directly to you.

• Optional Soccer Ball: If your player would like to be photographed with their own soccer ball, please bring it along. Photographers will have soccer balls on hand, but please note there is only one size available.
